His pigs are a carefully selected cross breed to provide the most delicious commercial pork around. A far cry from your supermarket product.

We use free range pork which means that it will be delicious. Slow roasting for 9 hours ensures the pork is tender and moist. We will provide a gazebo and serve the pork in a choice of baps with stuffing and apple sauce.
