Meet The Chef
Chef Llewellyn-Evans gained experience cooking in the Limoges region of France, before arriving in the UK to work for the hotel chain Trust House Forte. An experienced grill chef, learning more skills in Cape Town in South Africa adapting their regional dishes like Braai's and Potijies to a European flavour.
A master carver of whole cooked pigs and loin roasts, capable of running events from 20- 200.. Guest chef at David's Cafe Continental and Bistro in Sudbury, Suffolk
